My name is Jordan Gibberman. I’m a certified teaching assistant and professional content creator.

In my early childhood, I developed a huge interest in the communications and journalism fields when I was doing the morning and afternoon announcements in middle school. I then went on to acquire my bachelor’s degree in journalism at SUNY Purchase. After four years of being done with my undergraduate degree, I’m currently pursuing a Master of Science in Digital Content Creation and Strategy at Quinnipiac University.

I’ve been experienced working with media for several years, starting from my on-campus internships at Purchase. I was a Purchase Television intern for a couple of departments (live tech and PR), followed by a PR internship at Purchase New York Public Interest Research Group. I’m also an experienced sports content writer, as I’ve spent the last few years writing New York Mets content articles for multiple sports sites.

I have high hopes of becoming a communications professional in certain industries of my interest, whether it’s sports, music, or education. My goal is to use my skills and experiences toward real-world environments and make a living out of it.

Quote of the week

"People ask me what I do in the winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring."
